Keo Oura Kounlavong-Sabath serves as the Director of Student Employment, where she guides students in developing the professional skills and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in today's workforce. With over 20 years of experience in higher education - including roles as an Associate Director of Admission and Director of College Counseling - she brings extensive expertise in helping students navigate their academic and professional journeys. Keo Oura Kounlavong-Sabath holds a B.A. in International Relations and Politics from Ursinus College and currently serves as the Pennsylvania State Representative for the Northeast Association of Student Employment Administrators.
